Holmstrom then proceeded to tell me that the "test drive guy" was not available and that he was not going to test drive it himself. I asked if he would please take a minute to look at the truck to see if he could see anything or take it for a test drive to better understand what I was worried about. I explained to him what was happening and that I didn't think it was safe to drive. I explained to him that it couldn't be flat spots because they had swapped the tires and rims from my other truck and installed a leveling kit at purchase. Without even looking at the truck he proceeded to tell me that the bad ride and noises I heard was from flat spots in the tires! I asked him how he determined this when he hadn't even looked at the vehicle yet. That's when everything went downhill fast. She came back a few minutes later with the service manager, Edwin Holmstrom. She went to see if she could locate someone to help me. I spoke to a young lady at the desk, explained what was happening, and asked if someone could please take a quick look at it or take it for a test drive to determine anything.

Then it got to the point where I didn't think it was safe to drive so I took it back to Mac Haik Ford (Georgetown, TX) service department on Wednesday March 3rd. The more I drove the truck the worse it got. Finally I started driving and I began to hear a rubbing and flapping noise. Then the big snow storm hit so I didn't have much of an opportunity to drive the new truck. As part of the deal they swapped the rims and tires from my old truck to the new one and installed a 2" leveling kit. Edwin Holmstrom 0 stars! I purchased a new F-150 pickup on.
